Graffiti
Reported Thursday, 15 November 2018 at 6:28 pm, 594, Colombo Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
This has been steadily getting worse on this wall. It is a private property wall but the council spent tens of thousands on this mural which is rapidly being destroyed. What ever happened to the council trying to ‘nip graffiti in the bud?’.
