The reporter’s words

I think there may be a water leak where the footpath / grass berm / driveway meets the road as it always appears wet there even when there has been no rain. I only moved into this property 20 days ago and it has been like this since I moved in. This is a new build, in a new subdivision. The builders were Mike Greer Homes.
