Someone filled our rubbish bin with a large black bin bad containing a tarp/tent on Sunday. We removed it from our bin and placed it in front of our bin on the kerbside. I put a post on the Southshore Facebook page but no one has claimed it. Can you please arrange collection and disposal. Thanks.
