Watering St Albans Park Barbardoes St side. Watering 7:15am over the park path. Things the side of the park where there is no drainage and walkers are having to play dodge getting soaked. Can you please turn down or time for earlier in the morning. It would be interesting to count the people doing rounds at St Albans Park. It is extraordinarily well utilised for walking and everything!
