Roads - General
Reported Tuesday, 10 December 2024 at 6:17 am, Shands Road, Halswell Junction Road, Hornby South, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This is the 2nd time I have reported this, the photo is not particularly clear but it is a very dangerous intersection for cyclists. This has obviously been swept since my last complaint but the triangular pile of loose shingle is still there if not worse. Cyclists have to ride across this shingle pile to avoid traffic. Someone is going to come off their bike and be seriously hurt or possibly killed. If it wasn't for the traffic I could swerve around it but this is not possible.
