Poles and Signage - General
Reported Wednesday, 11 December 2024 at 8:08 am, 144 Aldwins Road, Phillipstown, Christchurch 8062, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There’s a bug in the sequencing of the lights on Aldwins Road by the Linwood park entrance. If I’m crossing from the west side, and I get to the middle and someone presses the cycle crossing button on the east side, the cycle crossing will go for the east side of the road but not the pedestrian one. The pedestrian red light will go out after a few seconds, despite being pressed, and will do this repeatedly until the next traffic sequence.
