The barber in the building in the north west corner of the intersection of Manchester and the Cambridge terrace walkway is cheekily putting quite large commercial flags at the entry to the walk way to the memorial area of the PGG site. It’s really inappropriate entering the walkway framed each side by “Tattoo” and “Barber” it would probably be in contravention of CCC signage policy
