The river bank is infested with Old Man’s Beard - it’s completely covered a small tree and runs along the bank for some distance. This noxious weed needs to be removed and the stump poisoned as soon as possible. There is another infestation on the same riverbank on the town side of the Carlton Mill Road-Harper Avenue bridge.
