General Request
Reported Saturday, 14 December 2024 at 12:25 pm, 280 Cashmere Road, Westmorland, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Concerns for the safety of our community 1. Lack of safe walking cycling space between Westmorland and the wetlands. 2. The height of the road and the subsequent drop that appears to be over 1.5m drop that is NOT retained or fenced. Our concern here is people will of course still walk here and could easily slip. 3. The build Height of the road over current trees and branches which are sticking out causing a tripping hazard on a now much narrower space where people will still work. 4. Fire risk
