Hi Can someone please assess this bollard for possible replacement with a lockable swing gate? The current design limits access to emergency vehicles to the beach and surf club due to sand accumulation in the base (which makes it impossible to lift). Also can the access road to club, and concrete barriers be widened to improve access to club? The Waimairi surf club also asked about another track to provide access to the club (from the carpark) Best contact at surf club is Carl: 027 663 2994
