Reported Thursday, 19 December 2024 at 11:41 pm, 396 Innes Road, Mairehau, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The pedestrian handrail has been hit by a motor vehicle. It is bent (although not the worst example). Might suggest it could be straightened and re-used? Location is intersection of Philpotts Road and Innes Road.
