The reporter’s words

This sign is not fixed at the base. It has been turned 180 degrees. A road user may then think Vagues Road is 50 km/h (and Northcote Road is 40 km/h). I turned the sign in the correct direction (as per the photo). Can this please be looked at to prevent it being turned wrong again.
