The reporter’s words

Every day this sump/drain blocks resulting in a serious drowning hazard for toddlers This problem has been going on,and on for 8 years with no resolution. Every time I unblock (1-3 times every busy day) it takes between15-30 minutes which taking me away from my food caravan. Out of desperation please copy in Lisa Barwood and CCC Health and Safety team
