The reporter’s words

Cars keep parking on yellow lines opposite number 27 Scarborough Road. It's difficult to see past them when coming down the hill as they park so far up the yellow lines that it's almost a blind corner. These people choose to live there, so they need to park in designated areas and tell their guests to do so too. I'm having to drive the gauntlet daily! It's dangerous
