The reporter’s words
Water leak coming out of manhole stormwater drain. Very similar to leak reported earlier on Salisbury. Possibly an underground mains leak into the local stormwater network. Water has flooded up out drain, crossing footpath and running into the Avon. Cyclepath is half blocked by water.
