Owners constantly walk their dog unleashed with no control. It then runs up to bother other leashed dogs and walkers. I dont normally make complaints but had talked to another resident here who said she had made a complaint before, but nothing changed. She also said it's constantly doing the same at Avonhead Park daily, bothering other dogs and walkers.
