Rubbish and recycle bags are left on footpath outside apartments at 240 St asaph St. Today they have been torn open and rubbish is strewn on the footpath. Note: this may seem trivial however it’s occurring every few days and looks disgusting. How would you like to rock up to your air bnb and have to pick through rubbish to get to your accommodation?
