The reporter’s words

Hi, There is a public toilet here with no safe access from the car park for pedestrians. To access the toilet one has to step over a wire fence. This could be impossible for a parent with a push chair, an elderly person or anyone with accessibility challenges. There is a risk of people tripping as they step over the wire. A parent with a push chair would have to walk a long way around the entrance road to pass the end of the fence. Please could you install a safe pedestrian access point to the toilet? Thank you, Corinne
