Following advice from my plumber back in 2023 that council watermain was leaking. I contacted you to let you know. I’m just contacting you again to let you know that the Neighbour has removed their shipping container near this water valve and as you can see from the photos, there is standing water. Clearly this valve is continuing to leak. Not only is this a huge waste of water, but it is also creating a swamp and potentially compromising the retaining wall. Can you please replace this valve
