The reporter’s words
I was driving behind a CCC ute, licence plate: MFQ487, this afternoon at 2:50pm, driving over the Blenheim Rd over bridge near Tower Junction, and a black Bin bag flew off the back of the use and onto the road. The load was not secured safely. I had no option but to drive over the bag. Thankfully the bag of rubbish didn't burst, however it is still on the road.
