Reported Thursday, 23 January 2025 at 11:39 am, 39 Harbour View Terrace, Cass Bay, Lyttelton 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The ladder on the pontoon at Cass Bay is broken. The bottom half has snapped off meaning it can't be used. The bit where it has broken has left sharp edges which have caused cuts on children's legs when they try to use it.
