Hello Alongside the bank to the Avon River - Little Hagley on Carlton Mill is a large bush of old man's beard which is an invasive pest plant. Could consideration be given by the council to looking into this matter and contacting who ever is responsible and interested in eradicating this old man's beard before it spreads through Little Hagley and the larger environment. ??
