The reporter’s words

This bin often gets overlooked situated just past Scarborough Park as you walk up the hill, or onto the beach. This bin and another one by the clock tower that looks the same type of bin I think needs looked at each day. Often overflows, really good for rat attraction. The big bin near cafe is cleared, but these two?? Not often enough.
