Every Sunday there is a charity that offers a free lunch which is commendable. Unfortunately there is always several of people receiving this handout that leave there rubbish all over Latimer square. There is a small group of us who regularly clean up afterwards but this is becoming a relentless task. Could the council please communicate with the organisers to educate the recipients on not littering or better still find an alternative location.
