The reporter’s words

Storm water drain outside my property is blocked and causing water to pool right across the road at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. Cars turning onto Ballybrack Place will splash water up onto my property, the water is pooling and starting to get higher up driveway towards my garage and causing the gutter to flood the entire length of the cul-de-sac as shown in the photo
