Facility - General Request
Reported Monday, 27 January 2025 at 9:08 pm, 106 Saint James Avenue, Papanui, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Our family property (106 st James avenue) is adjacent to the park. Over the summer weekends, cricket teams lease the park to play their games. In several occasions, cricket balls have fallen in our concrete tiles roofs. After yesterday heavy rains, I noticed we have two broken tiles. Can the cricket pitch be reoriented facing away from the houses? Is there a way I can claim back the cost of roof repairs? Thanks.
