The reporter’s words
The street has been lined with tyres. One can only assume the resident do not want people parking on the berms. The issue is the need are not owned by residents, but CCC. The tyres are taking away useable parking spaces for people who may want to use them. It also makes the road look messy. Further, they are a danger as cars have no where to pull over if required. This would not be accepted in a more urban area, therefore I am unsure why it is permitted here. Please remove the tyres (rubbish).
