This needs urgent action Water leaking onto the footpath is dangerous for the public using this footpath which has high volume of people. Let alone the waste of water). Shame on the council I reported this same water leak many weeks ago. Please get to the bottom of this. Is a hazard Please get it sort this 170 North Road Papanui ChCh
