Noise - Animal
Reported Friday, 21 February 2025 at 7:24 am, 18 Voss Street, Shirley, Christchurch 8013, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
18 Boss street has 2 dogs on the property, a Husky and Jack Russell. These dogs, particularly the Jack Russell bark continually from 7am through to 7-8pm, when no one is home. It’s become super disruptive and is affected the whole households sleep, especially if I worked a night shift. Not to mention others in the street are well over the barking. Owner is out of the house 10-12 hours a day and no one else lives there, she said she bought a shock collar for one of the dogs but has had no effect.
