Is it possible to get a no parking sign at the canine neuro park, I am blind, and there is always cars parked across the footpath, even though there is plenty of street parking, mum‘s and buggies, kids on bikes and me and my guide dog would all really appreciate being allowed to use the footpath without having to go on the road
