The reporter’s words

The vegetation in Edgar MacIntosh park on my boundary (211 Condell Avenue) is completely out of control. Very overgrown, too high, shading the entire south side of my house, elderberry, convolvulus and other pest plants. It all needs a huge haircut, including on my side of the fence. I am an older woman alone and do not feel I should be responsible for this. This part of the park has not been attended to for two years
