Pavement - General
Reported Monday, 3 March 2025 at 12:50 pm, 5 Brenchley Road, Banks Peninsula, Lyttelton 8082, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
after roadworks the footpaths are covered with loose small stones along st David and Brenchley road, these are fall hazards, esp for elderly and as we move into winter and frosts. really it should have been cleaned up when the contractor did the road. as you now have been made aware of it I see CCC liable for any injuries
