I would like to report a breach. This property at 15 MNR and its pub tenant has set up a permanent outdoor area over the row of way (ROW). This blocks off access for cars and pedestrians to other the neighboring tenancies, forcing them to use the ROW on the neighboring property. This is an issue. This combined with the landlord’s refusal to fix the pothole-filled driveway has become a serious health and safety issue; it has also cost the neighboring ROW significant repair costs.
