I understand a call is preferred for illegal parking. If I see this vehicle illegally parked again I will call it in. Note also, the spiked wheel nuts are a hazard - imagine a collision with a cyclist, and they are propelled toward these. Please can you pass on to enforcement and the transport team as an example of dangers on the roads. Feel free to use the photos for discussion and to generally improve safety.
