2 homeless women in white car hanging around Flesher Ave for months with 2 pit bull dogs. They were there today and I was walking back with my dog and couldn't head back to our house at 15 Flesher from redzone because their dog wanting to come after my dog. They sit in car yelling at it to no effect. Last week they scared a man with a walking stick with his dog so much he had to pause at our drive and mop his face. I'm sick of being held hostage with our dogs and the rubbish they leave behind.
