The reporter’s words
Dumped rubbish in red zone between 15 Flesher Ave and North Avon Rd on opposite side of road to 15 Flesher. Dumped behind tree and another lot (no photo) is dumped behind another tree closer to Flesher. That one has grass clippings and cuttings and pizza boxes. If you go in gate to red zone along from Nth Avon and walk straight ahead towards river they are in behind trees. One of the photos is having my back to rubbish and facing what was the cul de sac.
