Good evening, Request Direct Debit for Rates is able to be changed to online without the need for posting in a form. It’s 2025, perhaps we can use some technology to ensure this is easy, eco friendly and straightforward and able to request a change online, like some other councils (eg Auckland). Completing a written form, then heading to the post shop seems prehistoric, not to mention the time delay and inconvenience. It is 2025 after all. Cheers
