Second request for this path to be maintained as nil action has been taken on my earlier request. The overgrowth is now more prominent. As I have raised this twice, you are under a duty of care to anyone who falls and injures themselves having been actively notified of this hazard. There are many older residents in this area who would easily trip and fall. Please action this ASAP.
