Trees - General
Reported Tuesday, 8 April 2025 at 2:39 pm, 3–7 Rangatira Tce, Canterbury, Christchurch 8081, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi. Could someone please contact me about this self seeded gum tree which grows above our property, the road used by school kids walking to the bus and 2 sets of power lines in 2 directions. It has dropped a branch today which is big enough to damage a car or person. This is continual in wind and I worry that the power lines or a person will be affected. It’s getting bigger and bigger and was not planted - it grew from a stray seed. Thanks Richard Western.
