Reported Sunday, 10 February 2019 at 1:32 pm, 147 Marshland Rd, Shirley, Christchurch 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Some of these footpath crossings are very difficult to cross with any mobility vehicle the footpaths are like a third world country. We were in Dunedin last week what a difference absolutely magic even a pleasure to drive on their roads . ChCh is bad.
