This address has constant construction noise most days it usually wouldn't be a problem but it's abnormally loud, I have seen smoke coming from this residence which I assume is the reason for embers flowing over thier fence into the grass of the park I walk my pets through (entrance to the park next to thier house). The smoke and noise is startling and makes me not want to walk down that end of the park anymore
