190 condell Ave - security camera in driveway with red and blue flashing lights. The lights are activated any time a vehicle or person travels on Condell Ave. At night this is causing a distraction as appears similar to police emergency lights reflecting on the road, especially coming around the corner from Blanch St. Have witnessed multiple cars brake hard when not required.
