The reporter’s words

There appears to be at least one person living within the Westminster St car park at 274 Westminster St. Dog and Human feaces are spread around the area along with toilet paper and other food rubbish. This has only started since the wire rope gate has been left unlocked 24/7 over the last 8 to 12 months. If the gate could be locked again daily from 9.00pm to 7.00am this would help.
