The reporter’s words

The fence beside the shared path near Papanui High School is dangerous. I’m assuming there are plans to replace it, but at the moment needs to be made safe. If a rider of a bike or e-scooter was run off the path and hit the exposed corrugated iron they could get cut badly. Similarly if they were to catch the exposed bolt that could also cause a nasty injury. Please can you pass on to the appropriate party to address this if it is not CCC responsibility.
