I have sent a photo of this area previously. I think it was once a housing NZ property that was burned down. But now it’s an empty section which is probably Government owned. People are just dumping their rubbish there. It’s at the end of a cul de sac beside a public walkway. I think that this section will always be a problem area for dumping rubbish as of the nature of the tenants in this location!
