New rail bells pitch and now 4 bells ,was 2, and have been moved to outside bedroom windows. Wakes up every time bells go off. 5 times last night. Now in tears. After 2 months Causing serious mental health issues due to no sleep.any quality of life gone. PLEASE PLEASE seriously needs someone to actually care and help get something done. Sue Barker.
