The reporter’s words

Why is there no speed hump here? There's nothing to slow speeding cyclists or scooter riders, of which there are MANY using this shared bridge! Speed humps are popping up all over the city to slow cars in order to protect the safety of pedestrians and other road users (including cyclists) so why are there no speed humps at each end of the very busy Antigua Bridge to protect the safety of pedestrians?
