The fence handrail has been presumably stolen. The remaining section has been left as a hazard (someone could clip it biking in the dark). The supports where the handrail has been removed is also a hazard. Can this please be made safe. Note, this is a new ticket, but relates to original ticket 1265129 (previous email correspondence said to reference this ticket number to keep incidents together).
