The reporter’s words
The tree from our neighbor at 290 Queen Elizabeth II Drive, has overwhelmingly large amount of fallen leaves affecting our roof, gutters and lawn. It is a fire and safety hazard and damaging to our dwelling. Every week for the last few years, each autumn we clean a huge amount of leaves falling from this tree. We are not getting any younger. My husband is always cleaning the gutters every week so it doesn't get clogged up. He has a back injury. The dried leaves are potential cause of fire.
