The reporter’s words
Gum trees on the port hill behind Cass Bay are metres above the ridge line blocking HOURS of winter sun. NB sunshine in Cass Bay is very limited in the Winter. This is a major stress and an expensive one also. I now have lost two months of winter sunshine on my clothesline and have had to resort to using the clothes dryer instead which is far from ideal.
